The Earth Exploratory Navy continues its fight to retake worlds lost to the previous Vekros offensive. Many units are at the point of exhaustion, and the number of able bodied soldiers dwindles. The EENS Moskva and her crew haven't come out of the war unscathed. Just as the Lera and the operators have earned a break from the battlefield, a sudden mission thrusts them back into the center of the fighting. The Vekros behemoth, a titan, remains adrift in space. This mission will test the resiliency of the operators, their commander, and the crew that follows them into the shadowy depths of the Vekros titan. For Lance, Lera, and the others that continue to fight, the ever grim realities of war threaten to tear the squads apart. Can they rally behind one banner, and make a resounding battle cry? Or will this mission lead to the downfall of everything that they had built?
