One and Only

Ryan Leslie and his baby daughter have disappeared without a trace, leaving behind a ransacked house, a rattled intruder, and a pool of blood that has no apparent source. Detective Del Vaaslo wants to make sure the Leslies are unharmed; he also wants to know what happened in the house and why. But when Stephanie, newly interning with the crime lab, finds evidence that something from the Doorway is at work, the search for answers becomes more urgent. Haunted by a ghostly woman who begs for her help and tormented by dreams of death, Stephanie is anxious to solve the mystery of the Leslies' disappearance, and to protect them from the relentless hunter that pursues them. Keeping them safe, however, just might get her killed.
