As a seasoned social worker, women's leadership and empowerment coach, and TEDxCherryCreekWomen co-curator and coach, as well as a woman who has fallen down and gotten back up her fair share of times, Christy offers practical and innovative tools to help you cultivate resilience, vulnerability, courage and authenticity as you begin to tap into and lead from the heart, finding your way home to yourself.
