Objective Resilience

Sponsored by the Objective Resilience Committee of the Engineering Mechanics Institute of ASCEObjective Resilience: Applications, MOP 149, provides different applications that aim to enhance community and asset resilience from the community viewpoint, then offers a comprehensive set of practices after presenting and discussing the basis for those practices.

Topics include methods of community resilience; blast-hazard resilience; pandemics, earthquakes, and healthcare community response; confluence of transportation infrastructure and climate related hazards; resilience of mass transit systems; and climate resilience.

MOP 149 will be of interest to researchers, practitioners, policy makers, security consultants, and emergency and public-safety managers across the country.
