Never The Right Time

In another world, Anika Palmer and Zyon Ramsey would be couple goals-#blacklove and any other trending relationship hashtag. In reality, they've only ever been friends. Despite the mutual attraction and chemistry that can't be denied, they can't seem to find their way out of the friendzone. Just when things seem to appear promising, they get off track and experience a separation like never before.

After work relocates Anika to the nation's capital for a prolonged work assignment, the two find themselves in uncharted territory and the gray area appears to threaten the friendship they maintained for decades. When Anika returns home, old feelings resurface, but new significant others and unseen factors work to keep them apart.

Between Zyon, his siblings, and their parents, the Ramsey family has more drama than a little bit. Although the Ramsey and Palmer families were close for years, it appears that even the Palmers are not immune to the consequences of the Ramsey's actions.
