My journey

My journey through life, raising children as a single mother. Rising up strong after the battles of depression and trauma through daily writing, painting and photography. going all the way back to my childhood through therapy which I did for myself under the guidance of The Artists Ways teaching from Julia Cameron led me on my path to healing and breaking free from codependent relationships. throughout this book you will see the different choices I made to try to survive this journey. Single parenting and navigating the system whilst my own repressed past was creating fear. Resilience and bravery is how I perceive a life that I once perceived as a victim. connecting to myself and finding the time for healing and releasing my past has been one of a rocky road, but its still worth the tremble.
