My First Period

When Ebony gets her first period, she feels nervous and unsure. With the support of her friends, family, and school staff, she discovers that periods are a natural and powerful part of growing up. Together, they celebrate the changes her body is going through, helping Ebony see her period as a special kind of superpower.

For Lady's Sake is raising awareness for the need for access to feminine hygiene products for women and gender diverse people who are homeless across the community. For Lady's Sake is committed to providing quality sanitary products to women and gender-diverse people in need. It is within a person's natural makeup to experience the menstrual cycle; people who are homeless are not exempt from that time of the month. For Lady's Sake will partner with the community in order to make period products readily available for people in need across the city.
