Murder on Quom: A Novel in the Song of Empire Series

When Merchanteer Talinor rents a dwelling from Gidor and Lytilla Altman on the colony world Quom she finds herself caught up in a plot to use Gidor Altman to assassinate a leading Quom politician. Talinor has her own reasons for not wanting to come to the attention of the Federation Space Navy. Quom, itself a former leader of the rebel colony alliance against Earth, is once again entering a rebellious phase and Talinor finds herself going head to head against the top security service on Quom's richest province, Nicossia, as she tries to help the Altmans escape the murderous net being woven around them.
