Normally people migrate from South to North or from East to West. The West has been the centre of the world for millennia. But over the millennia, history changed, as does the history of peoples and the direction of migration as well.In the collective mindset, the Global South is synonymous with poverty, backwardness, wars, and problems.Will this be the case? There are already those who have read and noticed the diversity of the South in a positive light, those who interpret it and take it as an opportunity.If we clean our minds from pure economism and return to valuing global life before global economics, perhaps we will find that the South comes out on top.This South of the world was the opportunity that Dr. Malcolm, morally and professionally killed by 'his' world, wanted to explore.This doctor tries to do what millions of people do when they find themselves in desperate human and professional conditions: they decide to pack their bags, leave behind a thankless and hostile world to look for a new one, facing the unknown sticking on his body the label of 'immigrant'. Malcolm, finding himself in a desperate condition, is with blind conviction and subdued hope that the new unknown world will open up new horizons for him. He finds the courage to abandon and bury a desperate professional and human affair with no way out and before sepulchring himself, he tries to be reborn as a new man and a new doctor in a new world.Sustained by a firm, mature and unshakable faith, he leaves no stone unturned.
