Beskrivelse

The goal of the book is to put historical A.A. Literature into the hands of people who are still suffering, in addition to give the people in recovery more tools to help those on their journey of recovery. It is through the publishing, distributing, and handing out of this literature that we have additional opportunities to be of service, to reap the rewards of service, and to keep the miracle of the program alive within us. The booklets, pamphlets, and articles formed the bulk of literature along with the big book that was available in the first decade of Alcoholics Anonymous. Unfortunately the pamphlets have been lost to many of the people that are in recovery today. Fortunately for the groups in the Midwest, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, and Indiana have been encouraged to read and study these time tested booklets, and articles The Akron group (A.A.'s the first group), has consistently been a stand for keeping the miracle alive through the offering of 25 pamphlets, booklets, and articles.
