Moments of Inspiration

The following verses were written at various times for various reasons. Into almost every life falls love, joy, happiness, sadness, heartache, grief, hardship and oft times woe. Sometimes even betrayal by those we trust the most. Like a lot of people I have experienced such feelings at times during my life. It was during some of my experiences I was inspired to write My Moments of Inspiration. Perhaps they might give inspiration to those who read them. Be inspired by what one good friend always tells me, "You never know what the next twenty four hours bring." That is so true or another once said to me when I was going through a particularly bad time, "When you come to The End of your rope just tie a knot and hang on." I have often done this too. Whatever one is experiencing remember nothing ever lasts forever and do unto others is so important. Some of my verses were written for particular people experiencing grief, emotional issues, trauma or just a bad time. My first verse I wrote at the time of my mother's sudden death. It was on the 8thJuly1986 around midday sixteen years after my father's death. His was a painful death from cancer; he died on the 8thJuly 1970 at 11.25am. Yes, they share the same anniversary as they shared so much in life. They were a happy couple who kept any differences they may have had to themselves. I dedicate this little book to their memory.
