Secret Agent Rachael Davis has been sent on a mission to negotiate the release of the Prime Minister of Japan. She later finds out that her husband, sports business tycoon, Steve Davis, has hired a private investigator to find her and bring her home. Little does she know that the detective, Amber Rose, is kidnapped along with her best friend and CEO of Biotech Industries, Abigail Thomas, by former CIA agent Carson DuPont who has secretly been working with the Chinese to put an end to the conflict with the Japanese over the unhabitated islands. Will the combined forces of the CIA and the Police Department be enough to stop DuPont or will extreme measures lead to a war that disrupts the stability between the Chinese and Japanese and ultimately affects relations with the United States?
