Meaningful Dying

50 years ago most Scientists held a view that the origin of life was some random occurrence in a dead universe. Today scientists are rethinking, especially in terms of quantum mechanics and quantum physics, that life and the world are far more than that. Clinical death experiences, especially those that can be objectively validated and the research on them are clarifying that the brain continues to function well after clinical death. When she first wrote her book on Dying and introduced the famous Stages, Dr. Elizabeth Kubler Ross wrote later that she did not believe in an afterlife at all. Over the years and over her contact with thousands of dying patients, she began to believe in it absolutely. In her book 'The Wheel of Life' of 1997 she declares that death is just a transition from this life to another existence where there is no more pain and anguish.
