Proverbs 14.1 declares, "A wise woman builds her house," but my obsession with chocolate was single handily tearing my life apart!



I remember the day Me, Myself & Chocolate was born. Having lived most of my life in the vicious cycle of disorderly eating, that day, I weakly said "Enough!" (while eating a bag of candy as fast as I could) and whispered, "Help!!." I surrendered all my crazy eating habits and laid them before Jesus.

In the food freedom, I was now walking, other disordered habits crept in and ruled my life, procrastination, comparison, obsession with exercise, and so many others.
