This comedy is a work of fiction. Names, characters, entities, organizations, places, and events either are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental, except of Mary Poppins, George Banks, Bert, Ms. Persimmon, and of course, the melody of Limehouse Blues THE PLOT: Mary Poppins, the leader of Justice Party, achieves that both Democrats and Republicans work together in a team to fix the Children's Health Insurance Plan in 50 states, District of Columbia, and 16 insular territories.
