Markham, J: The North Carolina Justice Reinvestment Act

The Justice Reinvestment Act of 2011 (the JRA) made substantial changes to the law of sentencing and corrections in North Carolina. This book summarizes and analyzes those changes to help judicial officials, lawyers, corrections officials, and others do their work in a post-JRA world.
