This book is for men who aspire to the office and task of elder or pastor in a church. As you lead or prepare for leadership, this book will help you evaluate how you are doing and make you aware of the areas of your life that need further growth. One of the primary purposes of this book is to call us all into a lifestyle of repentance so that we may never find ourselves too exhausted to continue or, to be disqualified from doing the ministry that we love and are called to.

This book is designed as a discipleship tool. To benefit the most, you need to take time to read each chapter and work through the questions and activities included at the end of each chapter.
