in this world; then, taking cue from their example by gaining a deeper understanding of their lives.

We want you to understand your kingdom assignment! You are invited to be a son, a servant, and a friend in God's Kingdom. Each of us has an assignment to establish and advance God's Kingdom in this world, in and through our lives. At the same time, you are becoming a man of God who recognizes you're called to be a king in this world, not a pawn of this world. This means you need to figure out how to live like a king; not in the worldly sense of the word, but the godly sense of the word. In each chapter, there is a section called 'Your Kingdom Assignment' which will help you understand exactly what it looks like to be a king in this world under the Kingship of your Heavenly Father.
