Light Bearer

A boy named Uriel lives in the village of Lumen with his grandfather. The village was once full of light and hope, until a dark shadow began to cover the land. This darkness brought sadness and a feeling of hopelessness to the people.

His grandfather believes that Uriel has a special gift within. Once Uriel learns the necessary skills, he is commissioned by his grandfather to seek out the Great One in the mountains above the shadowland. His grandfather warns the young boy that the path is hard and narrow, and he must never stray from it.
