L.H.S. = R.H.S.

Whosoever invented the statement that "time never waits for anyone", obviously never stayed in India. Let us see; but for the world class space programmes, wherein a synchronisation is required upto the last second, we Indians are known for adopting a scornful attitude towards punctuality. India has one time zone, ahead by five and a half hours from Greenwich Mean Time (G.M.T.). It is called Indian Standard Time or 'I.S.T.' But during Indian conversation I.S.T. has one more connotation also, Indian stretchable time. And some of the daytoday Indian scenarios definitely confirm this alternate meaning. You invite some people to your residence for dinner giving them a time for 8 P.M. On most of the occasions they will possibly not show till 10.30 P.M. and till then the eyelashes of host would be getting heavier due to sleep. (Infact, now we have begun adopting a routine wherein we take a few snacks between 8 and 10, enjoy a refreshing nap and then when our guests finally arrive, we are found ready to welcome them.) Our guests might have openly flouted I.S.T. but they have still arrived within the informal time limit at least !....
