"Lectionary Worship Aids, Series III, Cycle C," follows in the CSS Publishing Company tradition of providing creative worship resources for congregations.

Series III is based on the Revised Common Lectionary and New Revised Standard Version.

Each Sunday offers:

- Listing of the four lectionary texts for the day

- Call to worship

- Prayer of confession

- Declaration of God's forgiveness

- Exhortation

- Prayer of the day

- Prayer of thanksgiving

- Prayer of dedication

- Psalm (congregational reading)

B. David Hostetter is a retired pastor of the Presbyterian Church USA. He served as a pastor and education consultant in that denomination and in the Presbyterian Church in Canada. He graduated from Princeton University, received a master of arts in religious education from New York University School of Education, and graduated in theology from Presbyterian Church, Montreal.
