Leadership in the New Worlds of Work

The genius of leadership is its humanness. This book has discussed heavily on the human side of leadership such as people involvement, leadership, ethics, honesty, integrity, trust, diversity, and ego. If we don't recognize the importance of human engagement, human communication, and human development, we will not have a business.
