When the bodies of several sex workers begin popping up across New York City, Special Agent Jerrod Shelby of the FBI reluctantly requests the under the table help of Bruce Westman, a Purple Heart Iraqi War Veteran turned private investigator. After cracking the Waterway Killer case in Connecticut, impressing Agent Shelby with his unique ability to literally enter the killer's mind, Bruce is ready to take on another killer.
