FBI Agent Tonya Green was sent to Philadelphia to investigate the drug overdosing of hard core users from heroin. Her office named the city Killadelphia because of the enormous amount of deaths from this deadly drug. During her quest for facts, evidence led to a man wanted for two murders, and drug dealing. The city teamed her up with a Philadelphia detective to help with the case after the two met at a burglary. He was very impressed with her fighting skills.
