Five years have passed since that unholy incident with the revolver and the over-critical plumber.

Now free from incarceration at his leafy home away from home in the Oxfordshire countryside, the Good Doctor has tasked Jimmy with writing a journal. He insists that by filling the pages with life, Jimmy can move on. "A bitter truth is better than a sweet lie," he preaches. But before Jimmy can confront such a sensitive subject, he faces a more immediate question: why did he shoot that f*****g plumber?
