The story you are about to read, is that of Squadron Leader Roy Handley. A man whose working life was beyond that of most men, facing great danger while doing so. A man who has walked, sailed, and driven across the Equator.

His journeys did not end there, as he has flown and sailed across every ocean and sea on the planet, criss-crossing the world many times.

Over 5,000 hours had been spent in the air as both a pilot or passenger in 47 different types of aircraft. From a small Cessna to fighter jets, Concorde and a Boeing B-747 Jumbo Jet. A truly impressive statistic, including living or visiting 93 countries. Marriage, divorce, treachery, affairs, killings, corruption, and so much more, were all part of his life.

Thanks to his meticulous and precious log books, the unbelievable real-life adventures of this RAF Officer, Diplomat and Gentleman and so much more, can now be told.
