Introduction to Genetic Engineering

This book describes a basic knowledge about Genetic Engineering. The field of Genetic Engineering is very wide and vast; still it covers gene cloning, different enzymes and its use in Genetic Engineering, DNA sequencing methods including Next Generation Sequencing, Different gene editing tools and its use. In the limited space and good standard, we tried our best to incorporate all the principles and techniques which are mentioned in the syllabus of Indian Universities.
