Intellectual capital development

To begin with, the reader will notice throughout this book a novel proposal for the study of human development, based on its specification in dimensions and indicators. Given this situation, the question becomes evident and inevitably raises the following question: Why study human development in a context of scarcity, insecurity, uncertainty and risk? This paper seeks to articulate the relationship between governance of the commons and intellectual capital formation, focusing on local entrepreneurship.
