Information Technology Performance: Second Edition: Text and Reference for a Certificate class.

There is a gap in most computing sciences curricula. Performance is largely ignored. As a result there is a lot of misunderstanding of performance in the IT industry. For a variety of reasons driving a performance course into a curriculum is usually not practical. One way to plug the gap is to teach certificate classes.
