Industrial Work Cultures

This book addresses technical issues and human factors mainly from the mechanical, chemical, electrical, metallurgical and civil engineering fields as these make significant contribution to the economy and progress of a nation. It discusses factors that assist development of efficient, ideal work cultures and their influence on the productivity.
