'Independent - Part 1' is the direct successor to 'Predefiance' and is now considered the 4th volume of the "Continuation of Days" series. Much like its predecessors, 'Independent - Part 1' moves at breakneck speed and develops characters, locations, and events as quickly as it disposes of them. Grayson and Lo continue their journey to discover Grayson's origin in earnest before being thrown wildly off-course.
