I'm Not Difficult

Everyone, including kids, struggles with their feelings sometimes. As we know, life can be tough to navigate through especially when our feelings are intense, and we need the skills to control and understand them so we can make correct decisions or have constructive conversations.

I'm Not Difficult allows Guardians a chance to guide their kids through this wild world by using tools like deep breathing, mindfulness, and being aware of the feelings in themselves and others to calm and reassure them that they are normal, their feelings matter, and that there are ways of helping them through the tough ones.
