As communication breaks down to absurd levels, #20 finds himself thrust into the service of a wealthy British client, only to uncover a chilling truth: his employer is a black-market organ dealer, preying on the vulnerable for profit. Caught between the soulless machinations of the corporate world and the depravity of the organ trade, #20 navigates a landscape devoid of morality.
