The "I'm Glad I Asked " series are guided journals to create a family record and treasure of your parents and grandparents lives. Designed in an easy to follow format with enough room to detail the answers puts you in the interviewers seat. Guiding questions include places lived, schools attended, early friends and activities. "Insights" section asked "Where would they have liked to have lived?", favorite movies and historical moments that they remember. What you will uncover and record in the "Favorites" section are favorite meals, TV shows, music and even their favorite color. "The Me To You" section offers a place for you to tell the interviewee the impact they have had on you and your life.

Inspired by an evening of conversation with my own child this book is a wonderful way to enjoy a conversation and create a family keepsake by answering questions if not asked are lost.
