I'll meet you in your dreams

A book for any child aged 4-10yrs who is dealing with separation anxiety, loss or grief. This book is presented in rhyming form and and introduces the concept of identifying a happy memory they have shared with their loved one. If a child is separated from their loved one through distance, they can both agree on a happy place to think or dream about and all of the fun things they can do together. They are both sharing the experience together at the same time, helping the child to feel less alone and anxious. If a child is separated through grief, they can think or dream about a memory special to them and visualise meeting their loved one in that place, enabling them to remember all of the happy and fun things they did together. If a child is struggling to remember a loved one or a memory, they can think about a place they love or something that makes them happy and imagine their loved one is with them, creating new memories.
