Ten years ago David and Dawn Michaels purchased a "fixer Upper" in Shady Lane, a 55 plus community. Life was good, simple, affordable and seemingly safe until the day Beverly and her son Robert moved into lot 365. David and Dawn soon get caught up in the aftermath of a heinous act committed by Beverly and Robert. Beverly and Robert meet their match when they target Dawn and her husband. Beverly's childhood dirty deeds are coming back to haunt her. With nothing left to lose, Dawn has a plan that will end Beverly's path of destruction. Robert puts himself in a position to suffer the consequences of his own diabolical behavior.

Dawn and David do all they can to fight back by suing the park for allowing felons, convicted sex offenders, drug dealers and others of unscrupulous character to reside in Shady Lane.
