Martin Tanner was a cop once, in his hometown. But that was before.

But the threat of the serial killer who is stalking the citizens of the city calls for prayer and action, and Father Stone takes up the challenge. He becomes embroiled in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with Tanner, the madman behind the brutal slayings.
