Hospital Organization Management

Sociologists believe that the hospital is a social system based on bureaucracy and hierarchy. Hospitals have the characteristics of bureaucratic organizations with levels of management and staffing. Each social system has to complete the tasks of the organization. In the hospital system, patients need internal system of interactions to be defined. Any new patient also needs the attention of doctors and nurses. Within the hospital system, there is a significant interactions between people. As a result of the interactions between the different units of the hospital, there are tensions and conflicts that need to be addressed with a good and proper approach to these pressures.
