Hope Endures: A Biography of Faith tells a story of resilience and faith. With her witticisms and unique mannerisms, LeAnn explains how God's faithfulness and the love of her husband and family have carried them through the journey of five cancers, fear, and learning to live with a broken body.

LeAnn McGrath had just given birth to her second baby when she received the earth-shattering diagnosis of colon cancer. But, with no family history, the awful event appeared to be a one-off, a traumatic chapter that their young family could package up, leave behind, and focus on their promising future.

Instead, though, over the following nineteen years, she was diagnosed with cancer four more times, each cancer leaving her with increasing limitations to where she now lives with the ramifications of each one every day. In her words, she spends many days riding the proverbial struggle bus.

Through it all, LeAnn has maintained her faith, clinging to the promise that God is the anchor of her soul.
