Growing up in a dying coal town left me with little hope for the future. My days were a never-ending cycle of dullness, trapping me in a world of unfulfilled dreams. But then he arrived, and I'm certain he's the storm I called to me, unleashing chaos with his brooding aura and cryptic words.



He calls himself Devil, his accented voice dripping with deception. He has questions no decent man would ever ask. But it wasn't a decent man I wanted. I wanted the excitement his eyes promised me, the passion his lips whispered about. The promises his fingers made when they brushed my skin. But what will the life he promises cost me?



"Love is a risk, Livia," Devil whispered to me one night, as if reading my thoughts. "What are you willing to sacrifice for it?"



One dark night, I make a decision that changes everything. But I wonder, as he takes me away from my small town and drives into the night. Can I truly live in Devil's darkness? Will I be satisfied with the tokens he gives me? Can this man ever truly offer me love? Or will the desires he awakens within me lead to my downfall? Will this man be my salvation or my ultimate mistake?
