    Jeg har lige bladret min nyindkøbte kogebog igennem. Den er ikke særligt indbydende, dårligt papir og mindre overskuelig opbygning. Men hvad der virkelig slår mig som sært er, at bogen kalder sig(HFLC) vegan cookbook. Jeg fandt to opskrifter med æg i bogen, det kan aldrig blive veganer. Jeg kan strengt taget være ligeglad, er overvejende vegetar, men det er simpelthen ikke godt nok, hvis folk forventer sig veganske opskrifter. Og det må de nødvendigvis gøre, når bogen kalder sig vegan!
