"Heart & Soul Fitness will help you stay devoted to your best friend, your spirit. Your highest self, who never lets you down and always has your back! You will begin with morning, midday, and evening mantras and conscious breathing, taking three to five minutes max.

One of the most common reasons people tell me they do not meditate is they do not have time. Heart & Soul Fitness exercises only take a few minutes to do. You can do them while you have your coffee, stretch, or even before you get out of bed.

Your higher self is the intuitive, creative, communicative self, who is compassionate and feels connected to all living things. Your highest self or spirit can cope emotionally with all experiences. Your choices and challenges can be experienced in a mystical way beyond human potential. This aligns you vibrationally with the spirit of life, love, and empowerment.
