Now a 40-year-old Angeleno, Chrissie excels at the art of spiritual and emotional bypassing, clinging to tarot cards, healing crystals, energy healers and positive vibes without mercy. When her mother ends up in the hospital with a mental breakdown and Chrissie is the only person who can help, she must decide how much she can give to win her mother's love, and if that love requires that she betray herself in the process.
