Godmade Men

I failed. The single most important dream that I had was to be a husband & a father. And I was tearing that dream down brick by brick with my own hands.I had alienated my wife and taught my kids, by my actions, that I didn't want them around, and it was killing me; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.My outside world seemed fine. I was the worship pastor of our church. I went on missions trips, brought people to Jesus, prayed for the sick, fed the homeless, and people generally liked me.Even though I was connected to God, I wasn't fully yielded to him. I was still striving and struggling to figure everything out.What I learned later is that you can't be both self-made and Godmade at the same time. Once I yielded to Him, then I started to see the promise of God be fulfilled in my life.It's time for men in the church to stand up against the lies about who we are and allow God to make us.GOD WANTS US TO HAVE IT ALL; Healthy Families, Strong Finances, Amazing Relationships, Physical Health, and a Deep Spiritual Connection.
