Glasgow Beens and The Time Traveller: An adventure in 1973

Glasgow is a thirteen year old boy growing up in 1973 who longs for adventure. His sister, Mimi has seen strange things going on outside her house at night. She and Glasgow meet a time travelling detective named Colin de Beserkville who doubles as a Shakespearian actor and is looking for the Intergalactic pirate ship (the WastrelMunchfunker) manned by an unwilling but terrified crew under the control of the evil Steugn Quellit. A quick journey to the first world war leads to a visit to the dependable one hundred and six year old aunty Mary and her friend Veronica in the town of Rattle. They too are sure something strange is going on. Can Colin de Beserkville capture the evil Steugn Quellit? Can aunty Mary, Veronica, Glasgow and Mimi help? The six are woven into a tale set in 1973, the first world war and the town of Rattle.
