About the Author:

Dr.Sharmila Nagraj Nandula is an academician, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner.

She has 30+ years of experience working with students of design, research, retail, industry, grassroots technologies, weavers, and artisans. She is the former director of various arts and design schools and created and built an academic legacy in Telangana. She was the founding member of NIFT, Hyderabad where she was also an Associate Professor for a decade.

Dr. Sharmila conducts many workshops and gives lectures around design education, motivation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.

She sums up her life so far in three domains: Design, Education, and Empowerment.
