Beskrivelse
When Frobisher decides to join the Royal Navy as a ship's cat, he has no idea that his first voyage will be so exciting... or frightening. There is an evil group of men on-board Frobisher's ship, HMS Spirited, who are intent on taking over the ship and killing the Captain. The problem is, only Frobisher knows what they are planning Will he be in time to save his ship and the life of his Captain? This book is a swash-buckling adventure story set at sea in 1801. It is centred around well-loved main character, Frobisher, who is a ship's cat and who goes on to be the hero of the story. The book is an entertaining read and certainly leads the reader into the realms of escapism. However, ship-board life is accurately described and the story gives an insight into life at sea and also into the period in which it is set.
