Short stories gleaned from a diversity of Knitting Pattern photographs spanning decades of inspirational and heroic creations and the people who modelled for them. Knitting Patterns offer a unique genre of modelling. Evocative, bizarre and sometimes weird posses have been used to display jumpers, cardigans, dresses, swimsuits and an array of knitted crocheted or macrame accessories. They beg for a back story. Who are these people? Where are they from? What moment of life has been immortalised? What are they doing? Is there a meta-narrative conspiring to capture this precise look through a particular confluence of space and time?
