Frayed

I have come to terms with myself. In loud places full of smoke and broken memories, and in a screen lit room filled with the clicks of a mechanical keyboard. My life has been no different than yours. There are no miraculous examples of downtrodden luck, no impressive feats of universal punishment or pain. I felt the need to write. So I did. These poems helped me cage the demons that plagued my soul and seal my thoughts in ink. This is a collection of poetry that focuses on the intricate feelings that occur during pain and strife. I wrote because I needed to write, and eventually began to examine the obscure emotions that filled my mind and heart.
