Welcome to the companion workbook to Fostering Connection: Building Social and Emotional Health in Children and Teens. The focus of this workbook is to both support and expand upon the ideas and concepts in Fostering Connection as well as to help children and teens manage important relationships.

This workbook is written for educators, parents, and mental health professionals. It is designed to be used following specific situations that are challenging for children or when working with a child or teen who is displaying behavior patterns that are disrupting their relationships.
